A sedated boy grabs the handle of a door on the inside of a car and says that it's a hot dog and that he wants to eat it. His mom makes him let go of it and then he grabs the air vent above him and says it's a cheeseburger. Then he thinks a box is a toilet and the seat in front of him is cotton candy.
Five women, nurses at work in a hospital, struggle with a cotton candy machine. The cotton candy pieces fly in the air as the women try to grab them and stick them together.
